Cheese burger was tasteless as well as the fries. Grilled chicken sandwich was dry. Will go out of business soon if the food quality does it improved.

We won't be returning to this restaurant. I ordered sweet potato fries. They arrived burnt. I asked a staff person to please replace them. She returned with my same fries and an older employee who informed me that they are supposed to be that way. I asked again for new fries that were not cooked to a burnt stage. My new order arrived as burned as the first order. They were horrible. One visit was too much for this place. My husband had some okay chili and a greasy sandwich. There are too many restaurants to accept food that is mediocore at best and poor customer service.

I drive 880 miles & I'm eating at Culvers?! I know. We tried to eat at the Aji Limon but it was 7:30pm & they close at 8pm on Sunday. Also, the Boat House was PACKED. And Thirsty's was closed. We ended up at Culvers. It was also packed. The weather was nice and everyone was eating on the patio. We waited in line to order inside. The cashier was friendly. My dad ordered the chicken & she asked if he wanted the white meat or dark meat. He said dark & she proceeded to tell the cook & he seemed annoyed & asked her to ask him if it was okay just white meat. My dad said that was okay. It took about 20 minutes for the 4 of us to get our food, 1 burger, 2 chicken sandwiches & an order of fried chicken. That seems a little long to me, even if they were a little busy. The mushroom & Swiss was good as it usually is at Culvers, although there were some diced onions on my burger which aren't supposed to be on there. The ketchup machine is air pressured or something & it BLASTED ketchup everywhere. Be careful. The green beans are gross. Undercooked & soaked in oil & taste of onions. Don't get them.

Well I was hungry, I had a buy one get one free coupon, & never had Culvers double cheese burger. So I was lazy today and did what most moronic Floridians do and used the drive thru. It was pretty fast and easy. The biggest suprize was the burger was hellva good . So much juicier than MCdees or the King. Though pricey at 5.33. But hey I got 2. Thumbs up.

The single cheeseburger is the best fast food burger ever the burger alone deserves 5 stars. The ice cream is almost as good as the burger on some days maybe it is just as good as the burger. I can not review anything else on the menu as I have not tried any of it.
